REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before ordering.
Returns- We accept returns within 28 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original packaging with all seals unbroken. Due to the nature of our products (intimate wellness and hygiene), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
How to Request a Return- To initiate a return, please email empressbodyproducts@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 3 working days with instructions.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items- If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at empressbodyproducts@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
Late or Missing Refunds- If you have not received your refund within 10 working days, please first check with your bank as processing times may vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at empressbodyproducts@outlook.com
Your Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
